Nadis in the Toes ?

This site on vedic Reiki says the Ida and Pingala start in the toes:

 

"The Ida and Pingala Nadis start from the right and left toes, go up

gradually in a scissors pattern parallel to the back bone, into the head, and

then

passing through the nostrils return to the anus.

 

The Susumna Nadi appears at the bottom of the anus. It combines with ida and

pingala and with life air goes upto the top of head, sharingbreaths."
