Guest guest
Hi Lilith and All, Since the subject came up of being tired of everything being described in terms of male anatomy, I thought I would recommend this book that describes both. Here in this section on p. 220-221 there is a detailed description and diagrams for each male and female ( man and woman ) in terms of the Muladhara chakra locations and exercises as well as for the Swadhisthana Chakra ( that's the base chakra and the testes in male, genito-ovarian system in female (p.26). These explanations are very detailed and gender specific. The book is called: Kundalini Tantra by Swami Stayananda Saraswati and it looks like a very comprehensive and creatively written book., From the back of the book it says, "This book contains comprehensive description of each chakra and the significance of the chakras in tantric and yogic practice. Techniques are given to balance each centre for greater harmony in mind, body and spirit and in prepration for the rising of kundalini shakti. The 20 kriyas and their preparatory practices are fully elucidated." So, Progress !!! :-) Jai Ma !!! Cathie
