Guest guest
Ok, one more book I got, that looks like a Very Thorough and Good Book. ( Please don't make warnings trying to scare me away from these books, it will do you no good. I am old enough and wise enough and have seen enough things and experiences in my life to NOT be afraid of of Any book! ) (( For one things, it's going to take me a while just to get a good look at these books, much less to settle myself down and with the help of my teacher to choose which exercise(s) to try first, one at a time, at my OWN SPEED, I am not NOT superwoman and I'm not going to skip to page 279 and begin with the most difficult exercise. Please, BE REALISTIC)) Btw, that last post on Layayoga, I typed the guys name wrong it is Goswami, not Godwami. This book on Prana looks like a very good book: "Prana Pranayam Prana Vidya" by Swami Niranjananda Saraswati This book looks very detailed and thorough and there's nothing I hate more than to waste money on a book and find out it lacks sufficient information and wastes it's time lolling about taking every simplest topic to the tedium of overexplanation otherwise known as beating a dead horse. (i.e. too many words, too much explanation, NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION). I'm pleased to say this is a book that looks to have a LOT of information in it., exercises for breath, and for following the path of the nadis. VERY EXTENSIVE. So many different Kinds of breathing, all in one book !!! Well worth my money... It will take me lifetimes to figure these books out and to exhaust the information in them, and in my estimation, that is a good deal for the money. Peace, Cathie
