Guest guest
93 Greetings, Saki. I`m sorry to say this - don`t take as a personal thing plz - but "sahaja yoga" sect of Nirmala Shrivastava is neither true yoga nor tantra. It is one of the modern neo-hindu sects centered around the cult of some "divine" personality and earning money by "spiritual services". True realisation is not so cheap that every Bill and Jack will get their kundalini raised after one class of such "yoga"! I`m familiar with practices they do. That is not yoga at all; and of course Holy Spirit is not a kind of cool breeze above one`s head )))))). I can suggest U to go to some authentic yoga teacher. If U are inspired by the idea of God incarnation in a woman-guru, there is one nowadays that is OK [as i know] - Amritanandamayi (Ammachi). Take care of Ur soul and let not cunning people hold U in delusion. With prayer, A. , "A Sahaja Yogi"
