Two points, Len:

1. From what I've heard, urine drinking should be done with the

mid-stream urine only.

2. If you have gout, high levels of uric acid, may I assume that you

are a meat-eater? A diet change might help.

Yes, I know that. I was following instructions from a book.

I occasionally eat fish and chicken. I gave up all red meat because it

immediately sets off a gout attack. My high uric acid level is not due

to my diet, but because I have psoriasis, and my body is constantly

getting rid of excess urea from rapidly-growing (and exfoliating) skin

lesions. When people I know say I'm flakey, it's not just an expression.

As for psoriasis, according to Dr Weil a sort of thistle helps sometimes

and also stressreduction. The skin is also very receptive for hypnotherapy.

He has also a lot of food-recommendations.
