A wise old man told me once "If you go to a person's home and

you

don't like what they are doing, just keep it to yourself and

leave. If

you choose to stay, at least have the basic courtesy since the owner

have been kind enough to you and have treated you well. Use your

words

wise when you speak. For it is how and what you say that reflect the

true nature of the person that you are."

 

Why I really like this wise old man. He is not educated but just

another illiterate. Know no scriptures or have the ability to argue

in

discussion forum like this, but he is indeed a wise and simple minded

man. By some peoples standard here, he is just another "drunkard" for

he like to drink too. Volka from what I observed, but these does not

cloud his wisdom and his sense of reasoning. I have known him long

enough to say that I rather spend the time listening to him than to

those self righteous "scholar" who spend a better half of

their time

condemning other people practices.

 

I am being told that there are great sadhaks who fell because of

intellectual pride. They are reborn with a thirst for knowledge and

the means to get very close, but they will never reach the wisdom

they

seek until they surrender their pride.
