and we are ALL learning that spirituality is not a social trend,

nor an empty pursuit --

 

certainly has NO trappings of religion or provincialism.

 

 

ethics, hygiene, health, cultivation, enlightenment are ONE.

 

life -- the EVER moving, swimming, singing road of

centering ourselves in loving, responsible, respect --

 

this celestial river known as nature. wilderness.

 

 

that is why the Ten Commandments is a doctrine of violence;

and the 42 Laws Of Maat are a guide to nonviolence, awakening.

 

why black & white dualism is a practice of the murderous,

and the infinite color spectrum of the Rainbow a light

for all gentle peoples and all times.

 

 

why we sing and dance MINDFULLY -- without the drugs

and the liquor and the bestial motivation driving us.
