Guest guest
Hello everyone, This may seem a bit weird of a question to ask, but curiosity killed the cat. A lot of "vampirism" sources love to say that vetalas and rakshasas are the closest parallels to European vampires. What do you think? I am suspending judgment for I seem to only find research from a more "Western" viewpoint - I want to hear the other side of the story (the "Eastern" viewpoint) before I come up with any conclusions. I know how a lot of "New Age" authors will twist and fluff things to the point where the actual facts are buried. Thanks and blessings, Anya
