Lovely works by Schiffman et al

Hi folks,

 

I am a Sri Ramakrishna initiate and the stories about his devotees and direct

monistic disciples narrated in two books 'God lived with them' and 'They lived

with God' by Swami Chetananand keep you mesmerised. It is a must for everyone in

our group (and outside it too).

 

I also recommend 'Living with the Himalayan Masters' by Swami Rama as a

wonderful work. For all those who dislike jargon and books laced heavily with

complex terms, please read 'Sri Ramakrishna - A prophet for the new age' by

Richard Schiffman (I am not sure about the title but it is a legendary work by

Schiffman).
