Guest guest
Pranam. I saw the devastation wrecked by the tidal waves. In Sri Lanka, Tamil Tigers have appealed for funds and there is a lot of response amongst Tamils here in London. What aid agencies are working in India? Does anyone know how we can help? Maybe, members who live in Madras could help?? My prayers for those who lost their lives and the bereaved families. Love Shankaree Let my every word be a prayer to Thee, Every movement of my hands a ritual gesture to Thee, Every step I take a circumambulation of Thy image, Every morsel I eat a rite of sacrifice to Thee, Every time I lay down a prostration at Thy feet; Every act of personal pleasure and all else that I do, Let it all be a form of worshiping Thee." >From Verse 27 of Shri Aadi Shankara's Saundaryalahari ALL-NEW Messenger - all new features - even more fun! Guest guest
Namaste, I too have been praying. It's odd, the last few days I have especially been praying for the cold and homeless during this holiday season here in the U.S. Then I heard about the earthquake and the tsunamis and my prayers grew to include them. This is so devastating. I am back in my temporary home in Phoenix and lit a candle right away at my little temporary altar, both that She may guide and direct me in my work, and to carry my prayers for strength and comfort to the living and grieving. I look forward to hearing about the best way to direct aid to the suffering. Bright blessings, prainbow , shankaree ramatas <shankaree> wrote: > Pranam.
