Guest guest
SONG OF THE FIRST MOTHER >From the Limitless Void........ the Womb of the Great Mother, From She whom All That Is came forth, Came Forth the First Sound of All Creation, Came forth the Ain Soph, The First Word, The First Word that was the Beginning....... ...........Of All Creation. The First Sound of Infinite Estactic Bliss Searing through the great Void In sizzling, dazzling brilliance..... Electifying the Emptiness with.... ......The First Thunder Rippling, reverberating in endless permutations, The Primordial Sound resounding with the patterns ........ .........of All Creation Bringing forth the Vast Array of every colour, hue and tone, Ever, ever rippling on ........through all Eternities, ........through endless Creations, ........through endless symphonies of harmonics and disharmonics......... ......... Interplaying in Great The Dance of the Aeons Each dreaming a million dreams..... Within each dream a million realities........ Ah, Ah..... Within All Creation is Her Ain Soph......... Within All Creation is Her Song......... Indeed, We Are Her Song expressing..... .. All That Is....... ............The Song of the First Mother. William forwarded: In this fateful hour, I call upon all Heaven with it's power, And the sun with all it's brightness, and the snow with all its whiteness, And the fire with all its strength it hath, And the lightning with all its rapid warmth, And the winds with their swiftness along the path, And the sea with its deepness And the rocks with all its steepness And the earth with all its starkness Allthese I place By Heaven's Almighty help and grace, Between myself and the powers of darkness. I don't know who, where, when, but I do now have a feeling why it was written. .... LeagueOfTheLastDays/ ... ..
Guest guest
This is an invocation from a series of children's books (rather like The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe) written by a remarkable woman author, whose name I don't remember, nor can I recall the name of the book! But it involves quantum physics,a "tesseract", "wormholes"and a young girl, and her father, who is trapped in the tesseract, I believe, and she has to free him. I haven't called it to mind in YEARS! If I can remember it I will send it along immediately. maybe someone remembers it...her brother or son in a later book hooks up with a Kerub (an Elemental Angel) Lilith M. Madeleine L'Engle, A Wrinkle in Time. One of the most wonderful mind-stretching books of my youth. Has a marked anti-communist/totalitarian subtext, which I was just thinking about recently, for its warped take on Spanda. Shown as an evil pulsing vibration that controls everything in a demonic way, that the characters struggle against. But it's not the true Spanda, because what defeats it is love. > But it involves quantum physics,a "tesseract", "wormholes"and a >young girl, and her father, who is trapped in the tesseract, I >believe, and she has to free him. Guest guest
It seems to draw on the oldest Irish chants, as in the Lorica of Patrick or the Carmina Gadelica. >In this fateful hour, >I call upon all Heaven with it's power, > >And the sun with all it's brightness, >and the snow with all its whiteness, > >And the fire with all its strength it hath, >And the lightning with all its rapid warmth, > >And the winds with their swiftness along the path, >And the sea with its deepness > >And the rocks with all its steepness >And the earth with all its starkness > >Allthese I place >By Heaven's Almighty help and grace, >Between myself and the powers of darkness. > > >I don't know who, where, when, but I do now have a feeling why >it was written. -- Max Dashu Suppressed Histories Archives Global Women's History http://www.suppressedhistories.net
