I have no hard feelings at all to those who reply to

me, so if you do not take anything I say too

personally (and I think it is DUMB to take a mere

e-mail personally!)then you can be sure that I take

none of what you say personally.

Having said that, however, I absolutely disagree

that Madonna and Britney are "not to blame". They most

certainly ARE. They have/are profiting hugely from the

exploitation of this "slut"image, and we see the

insidious results everywhere within our society. This

attitude of "not blaming" anyone is exactly the sort

of "cop-out" attitude I mentioned encountering

everywhere. Everyone whinges about the awfulness of

child porn, but nobody has the intelligence or insight

to see the basis of this horrible problem, which is

rooted right in the media that surrounds us

practically everywhere we go. I suggest you do a bit

of research into the insidious effects of "subliminal

programming" and NeuroLinguistic Programming

techniques that are everywhere employed in the media

in various forms. This sort of thing is nominally

"illegal", but it is definitely being used anyway, and

anyone who tells you different is either an idiot or

is lying.

Pornography is an incredibly profitable business

(What do you think got the Internet off the

ground??)and you can be sure the "legitimate" media

mavens are getting porno kickbacks somewhere along the

line. I wonder what Britney would think if she saw all

the "Britney Spears Gang-Bang" and "Britney Spears

Anal F--k"-type titles that used to FILL my

junk-mailbox after I misguidedly checked out an

Internet porn site ONCE! Probably nothing. "Thinking"

is clearly not her strong suit, nor is class or good

taste...have you seen that she had "pimp" and "ho"

attendants at her wedding, instead of "groomsmen" and

"bridesmaids"? And nary a peep of outrage or disgust

from ANYBODY! In fact, she is marketing the very same

outfits (sweatsuits with appropriate designations on

the back)as we speak. And that is only one teeny-tiny

example of what I mean.

So, with this sort of all-pervasive, oblivious, "no

blaming" attitude towards the root cause of the

grotesquely burgeoning dynamic of sexual exploitation

on the part of the general public, the Madonnas and

Britneys and the L'il Kims of the world laugh all the

way to the bank, and the pornographers and pimps are

free to ply their evil trade among an ever-growing

supply of ever-younger women and children who have

been led to believe by the media that being a "ho" or

a porn star is perfectly all right, and even

glamourous! I mean, "Snoop Dogg" said so, so it must

be true! While all the "decent citizens" stand around

not blaming anyone, shaking their heads and tsk-tsking

at how awful it all is.
