Thank You, I have said it in my earlier message, that its all Devi's doing. Nothing exist for no reason. All have its place in the web of things. Lilith wrote : There are indeed. There is an Krishna tale somewhat similar to the Pied Piper dynamic, where Sudama,Krishna's gurubhai (fellow disciple) cheated Krishna out of his lunch, and paid dearly for it for years. Maybe someone can find the text of the story and post it, or you can look for it close to the end of "Aghora III:The Path of Karma".(p.279) Aghora Series again Lilith? Hhaaaa you know not everybody take those things in the Aghora seriously. Certain things in those books is not right. I question the existence to this so called Guru. But I guess it makes a good reference book for some. Some younsters read those series and now began to think of themselves as Aghori because they believe they have known it all, thanks to the Aghora series. Don't you think this too is a exploitation and commercialisation of spiritualism? To Colin : "The Pied Piper story is a great image of young people feeling the magic of a charismatic performing artist" It does definitely. I am trying to retrive it from my archives the whole story, where the author actually describe The Pied Piper in detail. The first Impression I have of the Pied Piper is that of a: The Magician or The Medicine Man. I see Madonna is just another Devi's Tool, meant to Shock us into reality perhaps. To crack us up . I don't know, but that is what I see & think. "It seems to me that there are interesting parallels between the Pied Piper and Sri Krishna. What do you think about this?" Yes! indeed. How can I forget about your article : Why Krishna Matters [ A God of the Call and of Relationship]. Allow me to excerpt for the benefits of our members here : "There are parallels between this musical-magical god and the Pied Piper of European fable. The Pied Piper was a wandering magician, who used the power of his music to free a town which was over-run by rats. This was a miracle of healing, similar to an exorcism. Afterwards, the townspeople refused to pay him the agreed price for his services. Then he began to play again, and all the children of the town left their homes and followed him into the wilderness. Neither the piper nor the children were seen again. Krsna's music, like that of the Pied Piper, represents an experience which is alient to our routine existence. It is call which cannot be denied, a power which can shatter families. It is something that appears when our everyday consciousness has become state and rat infested. It can either heal or devastate, depending upon the attitude we take it" FERMENT. Vol 7 No 9. Semptember 1996 I know that got something to do with the rats. LOL. Now the whole thing make sense to me. But let me "sleep" it over. Im not done with the rats yet, as they are still dancing and hovering around my head. Coming up : The Sage of the Rats. Move over Madonna… your time is up!!!! ********************************************************************* For your information, Colin is the publisher and editor for the Newsletter : FERMENT. Guest guest
Sorry a mistake there : should be stale and not state. Even Madonna and Janet Jackson ( and I refuse to even include Brittany with those two even though they are all very marketed at least Madonna and Janet actually have some actual talent beyond just puppeting moves. I don't listen to Janet jackson though I had one of her cd's once. Very military. But even Madonna who is all for money and power: she doesn't grab her images out of a hat. they are images that have brought her a lot of success ( how she postures herself and dresses herself and the themes of her music). It's speaking to and from the collective about issues the collective is trying to sort through. I think Devi wants us to learn this all on our own, through freedom, not be forced into the right way. That's why we have free will. Because Devi wants us to figure something out on our own. If she just wanted us to take it like it's told in scripture, we would be programmed to NOT have free will. We would ber like Trees who only are free to stand and abosrb sunlight and water, with no freedom to explor and figure all these things out... Nothing exist for no reason. All have its > place in the web of > things. ################################################ Sometimes things exist that we are meant to deal with, and when we do not, the result is chaos. We then cannot be crying "Why, God?" when we ourselves are not working. God gave children parents to protect them. When the parents fall down on their responsibility, the children, and by extension, future generations, all suffer. This is the nature of Kali Yuga, when God has been so forgotten that He/She will not be found even in the houses of the Brahmins (the priesthood) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ > > Lilith wrote : There are indeed. I thank God every day for having sent me those books, otherwise I myself would have never known Vimalananda. By using his methods, I was able to realize God very quickly. Thus, for the price of a bit of commercialization, great spiritual benefit was realized by at least one person that I know of (me!). There is another Krishna story that I know of: When Krishna stood before Mirabai (a great Krishna devotee)in human form at last, as a result of her long devotion to Him, she spoke a couplet: "Both my beloved Krishna and my guru Raidas stand before me; to whom shall I bow first? I shall bow first to my guru, because it was he who showed me Govinda (Krishna)". In the same way I bow first to Vimalananda and Robert Svoboda, for it was they who first showed me the Mother! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ > > To Colin : > "The Pied Piper story is a great image of young > people feeling the > magic of a charismatic performing artist" > > It does definitely.
