NityA : Eternal

 

Though impurities are not permanent, their ruler is not so, because

she is irresistible in the three times.

 

This means the rejection of the theory of those, who say all is

ideal and momentary [ksanikavijNAnavAda]. The Sruti [br. Up. IV.

5.14], "O, this Self is indestructible."

 

or [nitya] the deities of forthnight, or of time, or the mantra

called by this name.
