I have one question always in my mind .

 

1. The both system of Sadhana "Dakshina margi" and "vaam margi"

recommends at all "oordhva mukhi yoga"

according to dakshina margi its clear to me but in vaam margi I am

Some confused ? What is correct way ?

Although its very simple "a deep sea is in "yoni-linga" relation" and

I feel the center of energy of whole of the universe is in here

always, but what is correct way ? I have used many of ways ,and some

was very successful .

Any experienced person can guide me? what in right way?

Dear Sir:

I assume you are asking how to safely explore sexuality as a path to

enlightenment, am I correct? Urdhvamukhi Yoga means something like

"upward-turned face yoga", am I right? If I am right about what you are asking,

let me know offlist and I can probably offer some pointers to help you along, if

nothing else.
