nirvikArA : Unchanging

 

VikAras, the twenty-three catagories of the SAmkhyas, beginning with

maha. The SAmkhyatattva-kaumudi [KArikA 3] says, "The mUlaprakrti, ]

[the root of all] is no production; the seven principles, the mahat,

etc, are productions and productive, sixteen are productions [but

unproductive]; the soul is neither a production nor is it productive"
