Guest guest
Namaste, I have it, what do I do with it? What do you mix it with? If you use it to mark the third eye, how is that accomplished in a way that doesn't look like a kitchen accident? Information appreciated. Thank you. Blessings, Hi, I have seen this done in a few different ways...... At Kalighat in Kolkata they actually use an orange Sindhur in the temple. There it was mixed with some sort of coconut oil and seemed more like paint. It actually lasted on my head for 2 days! Usually I have seen people at temples to Ma just use the powder as is and draw a streak on the head. It can also be mixed with a small amount of water and will be more paste like and perhaps easy to manage that way. It always tends to be messy and you have to wash it off your hands otherwise their with be little red marks around everything you touch!
