Meaning:

The words of rhythm enriched thamiz nyAnacambanthan

saying, the name of the nandhi (Lord shiva) as

namaccivAya, whoever hails with a blissful heart, they

are capable of chopping off the bondage.

Notes:

1. nandhi is the name of Lord shiva (like gaNEsh,

chaNDIsha, IShANa ...) that is given by the Lord also

to the post of nandhIsha. (This term is used in

abundance in thirumandhiram to refer to Lord shiva.)

2. cambandhar reaffirms in this completion song that

chanting the Holy five syllables will result in the

ultimate gift - removal of bondage, the threefold

filth in souls, ANavam, karma, mAyai. He demonstrated

in the eyes of the world and entered the shivajyothi

after this song.

3. can^thai - can^tham - rhythm.
