or Padma, lotus, red, and prabhA, colour. For KalyanAcArya

says, "Protect, O Kundalini, whose colour is like the paste of

saffron." hence this name refers to Amrtakundalini also.

Padmaraga is Rose saphire. The name also means the one whose effulgence is like

that of rose red saphire. Yes!! It also refers to the color of Kundalini.
