Guest guest
Many Thanks, Vaj and Mahahradanath. That helps with some missing pieces of the puzzle (for me.) Fascinating. The Crowley/Mahendranath connection is particularly illuminating. I didn't know the context surrounding Mike Magee's site, or how (for example) Don Michael Kraig fit in to the picture (AMOOKOS, California, 1980's) , "mahahradanatha" <mahahradanatha> wrote: > > [....] system of self development based on authentic kaula and nath > teachings but in a way that was more easy accessible to the west. > [....] > Many Pagans [and ceremonial magicians] > [...]were attracted to AMOOKOS [....] Mahendranath, who was > involved with the infamous Aleister Crowley > [....] > The Order had a great impact at that time > inroducing tantric ideas into the > differing pagan and magic movements. > AMOOKOS was functional for about 10 years as a centralized > organisations with around 200 active members , the internal > curriculum that once was secret was then published in a book called > tantra magick and the rest of the material > was made available on the > website http://www.shivashakti.com about 15 years ago. > [....] > Sex Magic was not taught [....] > Contrary to others, we also did not teach practices that > involved any sort of retention.
