What are the qualities of a fruitful life? These are the 10 H's:

 

1. HUMAN

 

Be human first with Wisdom and Dispassion . Be calm

and quiet and tackle any situation with peace of mind.

Be intelligent enough to think twice before you talk.

 

 

2. HYGIENE

 

Maintain perfect hygienic conditions. Be pure in

thoughts, words and deeds. Give priority to

cleanliness and chastity.

 

 

3. HEALTH

 

Keep up perfect discipline in food habits. Daily in

for 1-2 km walk in the early hours of the day. Drink

atleast 4-5 lt of water. Sleep daily for 5-6 hours.

Stick to repetition of Gods name continuously. .

 

 

4. HOME

 

Be lively and smiling at home. Never be angry or

arrogant. Love all. Think of home as divine abode and

all the home-mates as the forms of Ishtadevatha.

 

 

5. HARMONY

 

Maintain harmony and unity in the society. Be calm and

quiet and never quarrel over silly matters. When

differences of opinion arise, obey elders and keep

quiet. Pray to the Lord, Oh my God,please set right

the situation. I an helpless. Forgive me, lead me,

guide me.

 

 

6. HONOUR

 

Respect all and never tease anybody. Pray for the weak

and welfare of all. Never be selfish or greedy. Always

remember the simple truth: WORK IS WORSHIP.

 

 

7. HUMOUR

 

Be always cheerful and never be serious or gloomy. God

is All-powerful. Surrender everything at His feet with

the humble prayer,Oh Lord, I render everything here,

please hear and guide me. Think of each and every

moment of this life as special, specific examination

for your evaluation by the Almighty.

 

 

8. HUMILITY

 

Behave with utmost humility. You are living because of

Pranashakthi, so regards God as Hero and yourself as

zero and pray, plead and persuade God to make you His

perfect ideal medium.

 

 

9. HONESTY

 

Be honest in your daily dealings. Be sincere and

simple. Be truthful and modest.

 

 

10. HUMBLENESS

 

Preserve gentleness. Use mile tone. Never raise your

voice. Never criticise others. Pick good thoughts from

all directions and never prick anybody by your hatred

or ill-will.

 

When you preserve these 10Hs, God shall come to you

and ask you a very simple question - My dear child,

how are you? Them you will experience special

fantastic divine vibrations which in turn will

invariably herald the beginning of the FRUITFUL LIFE.
