Guest guest
Pranam, Sri Ananganandanatha who was mentioned in a recent post (16937 - by Suresh Deepak ) passed away on thursday night. He was a disciple of Sri Yogehanandanatha in the Bhaskararaya lineage. He worked ceaselessly for the propogation of the kaula tradition and I am proud to have had the fortune of being his sishya. I am posting this to show my respect to my guru and also to empathise with the other disciples of this kaula guru whose feet left their imprint on my head. There is much discussion on srividya in this group, and all followers of srividya know that the guru is the highest deity for one who practices srividya. It is not an abstract idea it is real. The guru paduka that one recites each morning contains the entire philosophy, practice and the goal of srividya. May the supreme guru Ananda Bhairava bless us all. Guest guest
I am saddaned indeed. But then all of us have to go to Guru Mandala sooner or later is it not? I am sure it is a loss in one way and in another way a blessing to the parampara. I share your loss as I also belong to the same lineage as Yogeshananda natha and Samvitamba. I join you in celeberating the ascension. , "anandanatha" <anandanatha> wrote: > > Pranam, > > Sri Ananganandanatha who was mentioned in a recent post (16937 - by > Suresh Deepak ) passed away on thursday night. He was a disciple of > Sri Yogehanandanatha in the Bhaskararaya lineage. He worked > ceaselessly for the propogation of the kaula tradition and I am proud > to have had the fortune of being his sishya. > > > I am posting this to show my respect to my guru and also to > empathise with the other disciples of this kaula guru whose feet left > their imprint on my head. > > There is much discussion on srividya in this group, and all > followers of srividya know that the guru is the highest deity for one > who practices srividya. Guest guest
Sri Mathrey Namah, I have heard a lot about 108 Sri Anangananda Natha and also, 108 Sri Yogehananda Natha. They have done extollable work in the propogation of Sri Vidya and clarifying many unnecessary mis interpretations about various aspects of Sri Vidya and have epitomised themselves in their own way. Even though their presence could always be felt in the Sukshma Plane, absence of their physical presence would always be felt. However, continuuing the tradition and living upto their words would always make them immortal among us and make us celebrate being their progeny. Let us all live up to His expectancy and continue this lineage. Always at the Lotus feet of my Guru, Samvidaananda Saktha, Mahasakthasramam, Visakhapatnam
