It should be done ONLY under expert guidance.

Yes it can be done with just a pinch of salt in the water, some also add

a few drops of lime or lemon juice per pot (not per glass).

The practice is fairly simple - yet I second the advice given: study it

under guidance of expert.

Hi yoosh

I'm very familiar with it and yes yoga man is correct you really do

need to prepare your self before hand I would sugest lagoo shirshank

aprankshala wich is a modified version where as the intestines and

colone isn’t completely cleansed out it is three rounds instead of the

seven

A special diet is needed directly after and for the following week must

keep away from acidic foods the following week again needs to be strees

free there fore an ashram would be good to practice the full practise if

you know of one in youre area that teaches it. The weath must not be to

hot or to cold either

Better stick to the amoroli yoosh. Its safer.

All the best

John Mathieson.

The amount of salt should be very minimal. Certainly not a tablespoon, and

probably not a teaspoon either - quarter of teaspoon per one liter would be

enough. Much more - and severe headache for the rest of the day is likely to

follow.

Lime juice is good to add - again, in moderation.

If you absolutely can't get a good teacher to supervise you - the procedure is

described in Swami Satyananda's book. I still advise a teacher.
