Guest guest
Dr. C. Suryanarayana Murthy, in his 1962 commentary, compares this "girdle of bells" to the famous "garland of letters," adding that name 312, ranatkinkini-mekhalA, conveys the same meaning as name 38, ratna-kinkinikAramya-rashanA-dAma-bhUshitA: "She is adorned with a waist belt, beautiful with diamond-studded bells. KinkinI refers to letters of Mantra, and RashanA-dAma to Mantras like ShrI-GAyatrI and others."
