The Religioscope site has posted a new article on Adi Shankara,

reputed author of essential Shakta compositions such as

Soundaryalahari (The Flood of Beauty [100 Verses on Lalita

Tripurasundari]) and Mahishasuramardini Stotram (Hymn to the Slayer of

the Buffalo Demon); not to mention commentaries on the Vedanta Sutras

(the Brahmasutra Bhasyas), and highly regarded treatises such as

Upadesa sahasri (A Thousand Teachings) and the Viveka Chudamani (The

Crest-Jewel of Discrimination).
