I like to introduce: Shri Ganesha - Court Hill. [see the main group

page too]

 

Nickname also as Ganesha - The Lawyer. As the name suggest, this

temple was once on top of the hill where the old court house was. I

am told everyday before the lawyers & Judges start their day, they

will pay homage to Ganesha at the Court Hill. This tradition still

prevails till today. I am told too that 85% of the members of this

temple are lawyers.

 

Conch Shell Abishegam [108 & 1008] perform practically everyday,

twice a day. Somebody told me this is the only temple to have this

perform daily. Just to sponsor for the abishegam, you need to book

at least the minimum 4 months in advance.
