ksayavrddhivinirmuktA : free from decay and growth.

 

Growth and decay belong to ksetra and changing. Though She controls

them, She is free from them. The Bh.-gitA {II.23], "Weapons do not

sut, etc"

 

Or She is free from these two which are the result of actions. The

Sruti [br. Up., IV. 4. 22] says, "This is the eternal glory of the

knower of Brahman. He neither increases by action nor becomes

less.Neither becomes more by good actions nor less by bad ones"
