Respected members,

I have a friend, John, about 25 yersos who has multiple sclerosis, he will be

comming with me to india for ayurvedic treatment for the disease. The question

is what spiritual measure must he take to get rid of the illness (pujas, homas)

etc.

in a matter of just 3 years i have seen his health just degenerate and if this

continues, he may not be with us in the next 10 years.Plase advice.

Hi - I hope your friend will find this helpful.

If you put "yoga" + "multiple sclerosis" into the Google search

engine, you can come up with an article featuring Eric Small, a yoga

teacher I learned of from an article in the Los Angeles Times. He

was involved in a study regarding yoga and MS, the results of which

are available online. An amazing thing about Eric Small is that he

was diagnosed with MS over 50 years ago, he's now in his early 70s,

and going strong, teaching yoga at his own studio in Beverly Hills,

California, and at UCLA.

Here's what I found on google using the search terms I mentioned

above. I was able to view the study results by selecting the HTML

version. For some reason, the .pdf isn't coming up. [PDF] Yoga as an

Experimental Intervention for Cognition in Multiple ...File Format:

Similarly, I have a friend, Barry, with MS. He was

recently put into a nursing home, because his wife can

no longer care for him. Suggestions for treatment are

asked for.
