Pasyanti

She has another name, namely UttirnA [rising up]

The SaubhAgya-sudhodaya says, "As she sees all in herself, and as she

rises [uttirnA] above the path of action, hence this Mother is called

Pasyanti, and UttirnA"

"PasyAnti [actually denotes] VAgdevI as PasyantI, the subtle form of

Sabda explained [in relation to name 366, ParA; see message 17530

above]. In Sri Chakra, She represents the first triangle that

encloses the innermost circle or bindu. It is the first formulation

or Iksti, the will of Siva to create."
