Guest guest
This past Sunday I started reciting a Lakshmi mantra, but not for myself. My friend has been having financial difficulties for a very long time and I have been saying it for him, concentrating on sending all benefits from the mantra to him and to state that it is not for myself at all. However, just today I was recommended to a job that is quite a bit financially better than my current one, and the urge to get a second job just came about randomly today. Has anyone had that happen? They do a mantra completely for someone else with absolutely no expectations of reward for themselves, but get it anyway? Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
=) I suppose then it's just the incredible power of the mantra and the source behind it, that benefits would go to both even if it was only intended for the other person. I thought this might have been the cause, but wasn't sure. =) Thanks for the response. Jai ma! -Katie
Guest guest
Every upasana is for the devata and not me; so says tantra. whenever we recite we say idam devataayaa na mama. But results go to the person intended and to teh reciter as well. omshaktipriya wrote: This past Sunday I started reciting a Lakshmi mantra, but not for myself.
