Double emails

For some reason I am getting two of every email from Shaktisadhana. Does anyone

know why??

 

 

 

The Saraswati stuff is great and inspiring. I really should focus more on her as

a student and musician! Does anyone know good books where I can read more about

her? preferably traditional things.

 

 

A few people have commented to me that my love for Kali is unbalanced. People

have mentioned that I seem a little too enthusiatic about it to my own

detriment. I cannot lie she is the truest love of my life!

 

But if people are saying it is negatively affecting me perhaps I should do

something about it. A friend suggested that I pray on Laksmi and even said that

they are the same Goddess! While I know this to be true I find something

overwhelming in Kali's form and also she is how I got interested in Hinduism;

Through her Darshan. Any thoughts on this?

It is very probable that you were her devotee in a previous incarnation which

accounts for your overwhelming love for her and now she has come to remind you.

Which is why you got Darshan !.

 

Worshipping Ma can never be to your detriment, I having gone through a similar

experience and would like to tell you that she will keep insisting that you

worship her, until you do. Do not deviate from her

worship, after all this is the Kali Yuga -

Well now you are telling me exactly what I wanted to hear! Perhaps the strife

which has come into my life is her way of casting off my negative Karma.

 

So, you don't find focusing so much on one form to be harmful? It's hard for me

not to, I am in love. Every morning I awake praying to Kali, I think of her

throughout the day and at night I go to sleep repeating her name.

Nope. It is not.

 

Please remember it is HER who choses the aspect (of HERSELF) for the

sadhaka. My only advise will be to learn all the characteristics

pertaining to the particular aspect of HER. In the advancing stages,

the tests to the sadhaka are closely associated to and easily

recognized by those characteristics. SHE gives the tests first and

answers later. :-)
