Guest guest
""Full of anger in fact! I mentioned recent legal troubles and I will confess that this too stemmed from my anger. I made the mistake of trying to have a long term relationship with a girl about 7 1/2 months and discovered she was cheating on me with someone who claimed to be my good friend."" No, it was 7 1/2 years! for a boy who is 26 that is a long time. Personally, I consider kali more of my girlfriend than any person, she is my mother as well! But the relationship distracted me from Kali, my girlfriend even semd jealous at times. This boy acted like my friend and lied to my face and they were cheating. The weird part is that I took a trishul that was next to my Kali picture and smacked him in the face! Sorry to get violent, but it is almost ironic that me a Kali devotee would hit someone with of all things a trident! the cops really had some jokes to say about that! ______________________ Check Out the new free AIM® Mail -- 2 GB of storage and industry-leading spam and email virus protection. Guest guest
Dear William, Since you got into legal trouble, the court might have resources to direct you toward, such as anger management classes. Maybe you can find a group for men with anger issues and share with other warm bodies there, too, not just dealing with books and computer screens. Let the court system work for you. Ask its help, since you find yourself there in your trouble. Find out what it has to offer you. There are a lot of resources available. And don't let any living- dead types (that is, those who might be unhappy in their jobs there) put you off of finding the resources that are there - or very nearby - for your use and benefit. (I speak as someone who interfaces with the courts regularly, with power-abusing clerks leaving lines of people unattended for long stretches during business hours; that can be anger-flareup territory for sure!). So, I am offering the above, plus the work of Peter Levine (Waking the Tiger, and Healing Trauma - start with the first one); and Fury on Earth, a biography of Wilhelm Reich which contains a wealth of valuable information about therapy and healing, along with wonderful descriptions of the healing process via Reich's work - a process virtually identical to the one Peter Levine describes. (Levine quotes Reich in one of his books; this prompted my Reich readings, and I'm glad it did!) I hope this can help.
