Or, Cit-saktih, the power of removing avidya and is also termed caitanya; according to the Sve. Up [V.1]: "In imperishable and infinite highest Brahman, wherein the two, vidyA and avidyA are hidden, one is imperishable and the other is perishable, he who rules these two is different from either." The De. BhA. Pr. [book v], "O king, in all beings, there is the sakti with all its powers, any being devoid of that sakti becomes like a corpse. That Cit-Sakti is in all beings that is her form."
