Guest guest
Some time ago I asked about finding a mantra referring to worshipping Kali's (or any other goddes's) lotus feet. I found this Shakti Sadhana note about a mantra by checking Web Search under "padukam mantra" -- >>>Again, the power represented by Isitva is CONTROL. She denotes the Creative Power; that is, ability of the sadhak to manipulate the elements in their five forms to produce objective realities -- thus creating on the physical plane. Isitva's mantra is: aIM hrIM shrIM isitvA siddhi shrI pAdukAM poojayaami>>> My guess at translation of the above would be: "[3 bijas] to Isitva's powers in her respected lotus feet, I make my offering." Or am I incorrect? My question: Is this format adaptable to deities OTHER than Isitva Devi? If I wanted to worship Saraswati, could I chant: "aim hrim shrim saraswati siddhi shri padukam pujayami" ? -- Len/ Kalipadma __ Start your day with - make it your home page http://www./r/hs
Guest guest
ishitwa siddhi is the name of the siddhi devata. I worship the feet of ishitwa siddhi devata is what the mantra means. you can coin a mantra visualising the snowwhite feet of saraswati and say Saraswati shrI Paadukaam poojayaami. *smile* Len Rosenberg <kalipadma108 wrote: Some time ago I asked about finding a mantra referring to worshipping Kali's (or any other goddes's) lotus feet.
