"KumAra is the COmmander in Chief of the divine forces, and hence

the foremost of the divinising forces of Consciousness. Ganesa is

another aspect of KumAra, whose manifestation is to destroy all

obstructions to the divinising force of Consciousness. These two

deities have thousands of devotees [among Hindus, who] worship them

for Moksa or God-realization."
