Guest guest
If I recall correctly, Anganyasa is placing bija syllables on the upper body, karanyasa is placing bijas on the fingers of the hands. Different deities being invoked used slightly different forms. The works from the Devi Mandir (compiled by Swami Satyananda od Napa, California) often give instructions for several different nyasas. Write to the Swami via the website <www.shreemaa.org> for suggestions. -- Len/ Kalipadma --- ammabantu <ammabantu wrote: > Can anyone help me to learn anganyasa, karanyasa > and other forms of > nyasa.
