The Svacchanda Tr says, "one finger above that [AnAhata] is the Visuddhi with sixteen petals. Dakini, the supreme ruler is in the centre. AmrtA to AksarA are in the sixteen petals. They are Amritakarsini to Aksara, who are Her handmaidens. Dr. C.
