Meaning:

There is only one clan; There is only one God;

Think good only, there would be no yaman;

There would be no more destination

(to be born again) to go shamelessly;

In your heart think (God) permanently

and be uplifted.

 

Notes:

1. People invent so many divisions among them.

By caste, creed, race, sex, status, region ....

But there is only one clan all throughout.

It includes not only people, but all living creatures.

This is the clan of souls.

2. There is only one God. Those who do not realize

this fact, burden themselves with all kinds of

confusion and concern.

3. thirumUla nAyanAr provides simple advice to us.
