sahasradalapadmasthA : Residing in the thousand-petalled lotus.

 

In the Brahmarandhra in the thousand-petalled lotus, resides the

Yogini named YAkini. Her meditation is : "we meditate upon the

beneficient Devi, YAkini, residing in the moon of the pericarp of the

thousand-petalled lotus in the Brahmarandhra, presiding over the

semen, armed with all kinds of weapons, facing on every side, attended

by the host of the saktis of the letters from A to Ksa [ fifty-one],

all coloured, fond of all kings of food, and devoted to the supreme

Siva.
