Guest guest
vimarsarUpini: In the Vimarsa Form Vimarsa is the [first] inherent vibration of Parabrahman who is in the prakasA aspect. The SaubhAgyasudhodaya says, "In that [brahman] there is an inherent sakti in the form of vibration called Vimarsa. That [sakti] produces the animate and inanimate universe, the same also destroyes it." Or Vimarsa means significant words, ie speech. The MAtrkAviveka says, "Without vimarsa [speech] how is thought [prakAsa] manifested? Without thought to be spoken of, how can there be speech? Therefore thought is required for the existence of speech, and thought, even when there is self-consciousness [ for its own existence ] requires speech" BhAskararAya's Commentary Translated into English by R.
