The BrahmA Pr says, "As the result of his meditation there first appeared to BrahmA, the sakti who is called Prakrti, who fulfils the desires of gods. Her second appearance causing enchantment of all, transcending mind and speech, was during the churning [of the ocean] for nectar, seeing which even the omniscient Siva was enchanted… The form obtained as the result of meditation, unequalled, marvelous, meditating with one mind on that [form] you will be emacipated." MohinI-SvarUpa-Visnu, who emerged after the churning of the Ocean of Milk (Consciousness), produced an illusion that affected even Siva. - Dr. C.
