Well, the black t-shirts are not yet being sold, but Cafe Press is

urging us to design one, so here is -- for Len's inspection and input

I

guess, since it was his idea ;-) -- our preliminary black t-shirt

design for Matangi:

Also, for those of you who felt the two original designs at the shop

were too hardcore or harsh, we also whipped up this sweet and smiling

design featuring the much-loved Tridevi (Lakshmi, Parvati, Saraswati):

As always, keep the comments, questions, criticisms and suggestions

coming and we'll keep trying to make the shop better -- hey, it's

barely a month old! We appreciate your interest and thank you for your

support!

Once again, the Shakti Sadhana Shop at Cafepress is permanently

linked from our LINKS section (on menu at left), or just

I like this, too!

I'd really like a STATUE of Matangi, and it's amazing that her image is not

much seen. I may have to cobble one together... The Hare Krishna's have a

seated Saraswati in black colored resin. If I painted her dress red, added a

crescent moon in her hair, and faux rubies to her vina? Can I find a small

green parrot to put on her shoulder? Then there IS the question of how to

transform her pushtaka and mala into a noose and goad... Let me think...

  • 3 weeks later...

I've been away for a while and was catching up with posts here...I

LIKE both! Very nice indeed. That image of Devi as Tridevi is one of

my all time favs and now I'm torn as to which to order first.
