SrI-KalyAnAnanda-BhArati divides this name into its two component words, Tri-dasa (and) IsvarI. Tri-dasa also refers to the three states experienced by the JIva, such as JAgrat, etc., and IsvarI means that She is their Ruler too. - Dr. C.
