She is surrounded by celestial things and not like the [ordinary] kings who surround themselves with terrestrial objects. Or, divyagandha, the perfumes, ie Haricandana etc, For the Sruti [ Tai. Ar., X. 10] says, "Devi possesses perfumes and is not being easily perceived" According to the Yoga-sUtra [ III. 41] , "From concentration with reference to the relation between the organ of hearing and ether, a super-perfect organ of hearing" Similarly with other senses. It is by the favour of Devi one obtains the divine perfumes, etc. BhAskararAya's Commentary Translated into English by R.
