Yes, Nora Ji. I'll be a taker.

 

I think the purification of the mind entails keeping the nama always on the

lips. That is a conclusion of both Vaishnava and Shakta Theology. I personally

think that in this age of Kali it is the most viable way. By keeping the Nama

you peel away layer after layer of impurities of the mind and heart. Because

dust accumulates on the chakras which govern the mind, it is necessary to always

chant, as it cleanses the heart and mind. I believe it is hard to get real

purification of mind and heart if this is not followed.
