Guest guest
Priya means "She is fond of"; Bali means: 1. The strong, who can conquer their desires; 2. The Sanskrit language (according to SrI-KalyAnAnanda BhAratI); and 3. Articles of worshipful offering. So this nama, Bali-Priya, indicates that She is fond of these three things. - Dr. C. Suryanarayana Murthy, Commentary on Sri Lalita Sahasranama, 1962. , "NMadasamy" <nmadasamy wrote: > > > balipriyA : Delighted in the mighty. > > Bali, those who are able to overcome nescience, etc. and conquer the > enemies, namely desire, etc; priyA, fit objects of grace.
