Without it, I think we will not be who we identify ourselves to be;

therefore even worship or movementt to merge with Sakti is

impossible. What moves if not the ego ? What is ego, a quality ?

Even Devis and Devtas have ego, else how could they exist, even if

in the sansara of our mind ?

Gd Morning Red, Redder and the reddest amongst them all !!!!!!

I did! I just gave you a slap! on your shoulder, well done. My

friend. Okay lets talk about ego.

Definitely Ego has to be good. Like anger too. It must be good if we

use it for good use that is. Like a fuel that propel the rocket up

in the sky.

But ego too have to be nourish, otherwise it will also die of

natural death. So should we stop nourishing our Ego, and let it

starve and go into malnutrition.? Even our social and religious

structures is based on this urge to be something or a somebody,

weather positively or negatively. This is how our ego are being

nourish everyday. Our identification of this name, this family, this

association of me and mine. Everyday our mind engage in this

activities of the ego. We built structures of the ego within

ourselves. We find ways to strengthen it. To make it solid so that

it will not crumple.

So ego must be good? Yes! No!

My dearest NMadasamy,

I feel loved ! Thank you

For me, I identify as my ego is that identity-feeling of individuality, within

me which seeks to embrace the Divine. It is that portion of me that feels the

separatedness. That portion of of the heart which aches for its lover, the

agony of being incomplete and not knowing. That yearing, the all consuming

flame, is what I identify as my ego, for that is the part within me which feels

the separation.

The qualities that it expresses when tuned to different frequencies, i.e. when

not tuned into the divine and engrossed in miriad thought processes, are the

dressings which I am trying to remove, as I am hooked to the feeling that I get

when I am tuned in - not to often I am afraid. Krishna stealing the dresses of

the Gopis ! Nadis ! Jai Radha ! Hare Krishna ! Love ! Jai Jai Maa !

Uffffffffffffffffffffff ......

What is exciting is the fact that to dispel darkness (remove those dressings)

all we need it to bring in the light. Enlightenment can happen instantaneously

?! Now where was that darn switch !!!

The way I see it, the 'ego' is cool; its dresings though are not esssential.

Unless; we wish to experience the role that dressing/costume causes us to act on

the stage of life. Like a gourmet feast of various flavours, sweet, sour,

pungent, spicy; so how can I say the firey spice of chilli is bad when it is me

that has choosen to play the role of a pepper. Variety is the spice of life,

thank God for the ability and strength to be able and have been given the tastes

of so many flavours, to experience divinity in so many forms - happiness,

sadness, dispair, hope, anger, peace - embrace, surrender my ego to yours -

namaste

With love,

Red
