Guest guest
Spirituality and Management ----------------- Parampujya shree Kirit Bhaiji as interviewed by pradeep nambiar for sanskar tv 09321027318 What is the purpose of Life? The purpose of life is liberation; unite with the supreme energy that has made you. That may not be possible with everyone; therefore the purpose of life is to accumulate things that you can take along with you when you die. Improvement of your character is one. Money, wealth and all the material things don’t leave with you therefore that should not be your only goal. What is our swadharma, how do we know our karma marga? That is our dharma which we implement in our daily life. Having knowledge is one thing and implementing it our life is the most important. You can renounce your authority but not your dharma. Bhagwan Ram renounced the throne in Ayodhya but not his bow which is his dharma. People who are willing to sweat will never perish or eternally fail. Laziness is the biggest enemy of mankind. What is success in life? The eternal success is meeting the supreme who has created you. Everything else can be got by sweat and hard work. Those who have got the courage to take on a thousand defeats and sufferings, yet march ahead will be crowned with eternal siddhies. You need to have something to collect the victorious am rut and that can be collected only in the bowl made of hard work and sweat. What is failure in life? The thought, “I will not be able to do it” is the greatest failure. Falling down is not failure but not raising up after the fall is the greatest failure. Knock the door again and again till the lord hears your plea, success will come, he is testing, he is not deaf. The men who never make mistakes are not experienced. Have the strength to bear sufferings and success will come to you. What are the qualities of a great leader? A leader is not the one who sits on the throne but who like Lord Ram goes up to the smallest of the people, poorest of people and embraces them , listens to them . Who is like a father to his people? Not like the Duryodhan of Mahabharata, who praises one and demoralizes the others. Bhagawad Gita and modern management? Bhagawad Gita is for karma yogis, as the preacher Lord Krishna is himself a karma yogi. It teaches us to live life and not run away from life. It teaches us never to give up our dharma. The youth has to toil in the fields out of his home; he has to earn his bread. The only surrender is to do your dharma to the best of your ability and offer it to the lord by thinking of him at all times. The lord has asked you to surrender your mind, your ego, not your body. Your body is to sweat, to work hard and toil…………. Autos. Looking for a sweet ride? Get pricing, reviews, & more on new and used cars.
