LalithA SahasranAma [711 & 712] sAdhvI

SAdhvI denotes that She is a lady of pure character.

 

Some [including the Bhaskararaya version used in this Shakti Sadhana

series - DB] divide the name as:

 

[711] sAdhu: She is the certitude that the sAdhak is One with Brahman.

 

[712] I: 'I' is the 4th of the 16 vowels. I = bindu = iM = the Sakti-

Svarupa known as KAma-KalA. The three Sakti Pranavas all end with

this iM, signifying that She is the essence of these three Pranavas.
