Guest guest
I've been taught that the shishya makes the Guru as much as vice- versa. Thus even a "bad" or wrongly motivated Guru can become a true and great Guru if s/he is blessed with good and devoted shishyas. They will make a Guru great in spite of him-/herself. Still, regardless of this truth -- and the theoretical precept that there are "no bad Gurus" (reminds me of Barbara Woodhouse's pet training guide, "No Bad Dogs" *lol*) -- still there are plenty of self-proclaimed Gurus who would, in practical terms, be better descibed as time-wasters and dead-enders ... and the more of them we can avoid, the better. We meet 'beings' along our path, and know 'no ! no !' or 'yes ! yes !', either way we know and benifit. I believe, the first thing to shed is 'fear' and proceed as boldly as we can, trusting in 'our' divinity to guide us through our 'senses'. Concern yes, fear no. > > With love, > > Red > > Radhakrishnan J <jayaarshree wrote: Hi Lars > Can u b more specific than that? > Om Namastripurasundari > > Lars Hedstrm <lars wrote: > Nityashakti wrote: > > >..how to tell a real master from a fake... > > According to my opinion she/he ought to go against the cultural stream she/he works within. > > Lars > > > > > > Traditions Divine Hinduism > > > > > > Visit your group "" on the web. > > > > > Terms of Service. > > > > > > > > > > Jiyo cricket on India cricket > Messenger Mobile Stay in touch with your buddies all the time. > > >
